Teenagers and adults need exercise, such as riding a bike, walking, jogging, or playing a sport. These activities are beneficial to your overall health. Also, getting enough exercise can prevent sleeping problems and depression.
Reaching for food when you are not hungry can have negative effects on your health. Know the difference between emotional hunger and actual physical hunger. We must not eat just because we are bored.
Youth learn how to differentiate between emotional hunger and physical hunger.

Healthy lifestyles will nourish self-love, achieve dreams,
and energize the mind body and spirit.
